Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational support for on-premises and hybrid platforms.
• Provide technical oversight across compute, storage, virtualization, and DR/HA.
• Lead incident management including root cause analysis and recovery planning.
• Coordinate vendor activities and ensure deliverables meet timelines.
• Review changes and service requests to align with security and architecture requirements.
