Job summary

SERVICE CONNECTIONS HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. seeks a Platform Infrastructure Engineer to join the Asset Intelligence Platform team in Singapore.

You will provision, configure, and maintain infrastructure and integrations enabling data ingestion from government agencies, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable connectivity across the government landscape. The role focuses on onboarding agencies, managing connectors, network connectivity, and infrastructure operations in a federated IT

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of infrastructure/platform engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with data integration platforms and API-based connectors.
• Strong networking knowledge including firewalls, DNS, proxies, and VPNs.
• Experience managing service accounts, API tokens, certificates, and credential lifecycle.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code practices (Terraform, Ansible).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues across network, authentication, and application layers.
• GovTech/public sector experience is advantageous (not mandatory).
• Infra-as-code and cybersecurity certifications are valued.

Responsibilities

• Agency technical onboarding, provisioning service accounts, API tokens, and firewall rules for connectivity.
• Configure and deploy data connectors using agency credentials and access parameters.
• Monitor data ingestion pipelines for errors, data quality issues, and readiness for downstream processing.
• Manage AEM platform infrastructure including provisioning, patching, scaling, and availability.
• Ensure platform compliance with government security standards and policies.
• Develop runbooks, technical documentation, and SOPs for platform operations.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts across disciplines.
