Job summary

Corpay in Singapore is seeking an Operations Associate to join the APAC Operations team. You will review and process FX transactions, beneficiary templates, and outbound payments, while monitoring team inboxes and coordinating with front and back office to maintain service levels.

The role emphasizes accuracy, autonomy, strong data entry, and proficiency in Excel, in a hybrid office environment in Singapore. Experience in payments or banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process FX deals (Spot, forwards, options) and related payments
• Review, cancel/amend/modify FX transactions
• Format beneficiary information and set up international transfers
• Manage client ledger balances and currency accounts
• Monitor inboxes and liaise with front/back-office teams
• Ensure policy compliance and assist finance colleagues
