Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Operations and Relief Deployment professional in Singapore to plan and manage relief for teachers and CSOs.

You will track attendance, develop communications, and design collateral within brand guidelines while supporting scheduling and assessments. Responsibilities include allocations across branches, adherence to leave policies, and monthly reporting on key data.

Qualifications

• At least Degree / Diploma in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage relief processes across branches for Teachers & CSOs.
• Develop communications packages for teachers (e.g. Infographics).
• Design simple collaterals in accordance with brand marketing guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling and tracking of teacher assessments, appraisal, etc.
• Oversee Teacher Allocation across all branches.
• Measure adherence to leave policies and encourage adherence; manage relief data sheets.
• Deliver monthly data reports for the team.
• Find relief teachers and consolidate a list of relief classes monthly for HR.
• Forecast recruitment needs for Relief, Adjunct, Part-time and Freelance teachers.
• Manage key data sheets for Operations; deliver monthly reports.
