Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Relief Operations Coordinator to manage teacher and CSO deployment, attendance tracking, and scheduling across multiple branches in Singapore.

The role requires coordinating relief rosters, forecasting recruitment needs for relief, adjunct, part-time and freelance workers, and delivering monthly data reports. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence at Tiong Bahru and occasional work from home.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree or diploma in any field.
• Experience in similar operations or HR support is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Zoom and Google Drive required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage relief processes across branches for Teachers & CSOs.
• Track attendance of Teachers & Customer Service Officers.
• Develop communications materials for teachers (infographics, etc).
• Design simple collaterals following brand guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling and tracking assessments and appraisals.
• Deliver monthly data reports on key metrics.
