Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a qualified operations professional to plan and manage relief processes for Teachers and Customer Service Officers. You will track attendance, schedule assessments, and develop communications packages for staff.

Role requires a degree or diploma, proficiency in MS Office/Zoom/Google Drive, and ability to forecast recruitment needs for relief staff. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site and remote tasks is available.

Qualifications

• At least a Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Possess relevant experience in related roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage relief processes across branches for Teachers & CSOs.
• Track attendance and scheduling for Teachers & CSOs.
• Develop communications materials for teachers (e.g., Infographics).
• Design simple collaterals per brand guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling and tracking of assessments and appraisals.
• Data-tracking and manpower resource management for operations.
• Oversee relief roster and find relief teachers across branches.
• Forecast recruitment needs for Relief, Adjunct, Part-time and Freelance staff.
• Deliver monthly data reports on key metrics tracked by the team.
