Job summary

Cognita is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to build strong talent pipelines across our schools and regional teams in the Middle East. You will source, screen and engage candidates across various channels, ensuring a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

You will maintain records in the ATS, coordinate recruitment events and employer branding activities, and collaborate with hiring managers to achieve effective recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Knowledge of the education recruitment market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates across job boards, social media, referrals and direct search.
• Screen and coordinate candidates through the ATS and manage the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver timely recruitment outcomes.
• Support employer branding activities and recruitment events.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and comply with safer recruitment checks.
