Job summary

BIMXITY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a Bentley OpenPlant Coordinator to effectively manage BIM implementations across engineering projects. This role requires at least 5 years of engineering experience and 4 years focused on BIM coordination. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering and a BIM certification. A hybrid working arrangement is offered along with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in design or construction engineering.
• 4 years of BIM experience as a project-level coordinator.
• Experience with managing Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the BIM Manager in project BEP development.
• Execute BIM implementation processes as per the BEP.
• Coordinate the use of Bentley OpenPlant software across projects.
• Facilitate communication among multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure models are compliant with project specifications.
• Conduct regular BIM model reviews and clash detection.
• Track and report on BIM progress.
