Job summary

BIMXITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Bentley OpenPlant Coordinator to oversee BIM software implementation across engineering projects in Singapore.

You will ensure collaboration among design, engineering, and construction teams and maintain accurate, up-to-date models aligned with project specs. The role emphasizes coordinating OpenPlant usage, conducting clash detection, QA for models/drawings, and mentoring team members on BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services with 5+ years in design/construction/IDD.
• 5+ years of working experience in design engineering, construction engineering, or IDD project management.
• Certificate in BIM.

Responsibilities

• Support the BIM Manager in developing and implementing BEP for the assigned project(s).
• Execute BIM implementation processes as per BEP.
• Coordinate the use of Bentley OpenPlant software across projects.
• Facilitate communication between design, engineering, and construction teams.
• Ensure models are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with project specifications.
• Conduct regular BIM model reviews to identify and resolve coordination issues.
• Implement quality assurance processes for models and drawings.
• Conduct regular reviews and clash detection analyses.
• Track and report on BIM progress and identify potential issues.
• Train and support project team members on BIM workflows and software.
• Attend project meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Other related project BIM uses implementation and BIM deliverables submission activities.
