Job summary

OCBC Group seeks a Data Scientist to join its AI Lab, applying AI, ML, and NLP to banking problems. You will build predictive and generative models, deploy AI copilots, and explore Agentic AI to automate decisions, leveraging large-scale data across multiple domains.

You’ll collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders, communicating insights clearly while staying current with AI trends and cloud/ML Ops tech.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on data science experience.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML libraries.
• Experience with NLP, reinforcement learning, and big data tech.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-driven solutions for genAI copilots and recommendations.
• Build and scale predictive and generative models using ML frameworks.
• Explore Agentic AI concepts to automate decision-making and improve engagement.
• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured data across domains.
• Craft data stories with advanced visualisation and storytelling techniques.
