Qualifications

• Final-year student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, CS or IS.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL, VBA, JavaScript, Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
• Interest in AI tools and workflow automation.
• Able to translate technical ideas for business users.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation projects to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Review workflows and identify opportunities for automation or process improvement.
• Help develop tools, templates or scripts to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Document new workflows, processes and user guides for internal adoption.
• Work with internal teams to understand pain points and translate them into practical solutions.
