Job summary

Internsg is seeking a Research Analyst Intern to support end-to-end market research processes in a hybrid work setup. You will work with both qualitative and quantitative methods, develop survey content, and ensure data quality while translating findings into client-ready insights.

You will also assist in project management, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and learn to create visuals and reports that drive actionable recommendations for clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Available full-time for at least 3 months.
• Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task with good time management.
• Soft skills: approachable, candid, go-getting and collaborative.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Exudes critical thinking and problem-solving skills for projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end market research including qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Develop screener questions, discussion guides and survey questions.
• Review and process data to ensure high-quality standards.
• Prepare tabulation specifications and create report templates and charts.
• Translate data into insights to help clients make informed decisions.
• Learn to create visuals and charts for clear deliverables.
• Write narrative commentaries with summaries and recommendations.
• Support project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
