Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination (HVAC exposure preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project timeline on a timely manner.
• Coordinate and manage and liaise with logistical services providers, suppliers, contractors and clients.
• Monthly Reporting to Project Manager on Project progress.
• Troubleshooting and resolving HVAC system issues within projects.
• Develop project balance summary sheet and control project balance.
• Arrange for billing of projects.
• Document submissions.
• Arrange manpower from manpower suppliers.
