Responsibilities

• Routine General Servicing: Cleaning and washing the indoor unit air filters, front panel, and cover.
• Flushing and clearing the drainage system to prevent water leaks and blockages.
• Checking, cleaning, and deodorizing the evaporator coil.
• Vacuuming and clearing the condensation drainage pipe.
• Checking the blower wheel and fan bearings for smooth, quiet operation.
