The role involves routine preventive maintenance for ACMV systems, HVAC equipment, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, pumps and ventilation fans, and conducting system performance checks.

You will ensure all documentation complies with relevant industry regulations and standards, contributing to reliable operation and regulatory compliance at the site in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Assist and report to the Project Manager for our client.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance for ACMV systems, HVAC equipment, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, pumps and ventilation fans.
• Conduct system performance checks and ensure all documentation is compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
