We’re looking for an HR Executive with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition to join our in-house team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent, while gaining exposure to HR operations and business partnering. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of HR and grow into a HR Business Partner, aligning people strategies with business goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Be a Talent Scout: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from crafting job ads to sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Shape Candidate Experience: Act as the first point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional and engaging experience that builds our employer brand.
  • Get Creative: Support talent attraction efforts, including career fairs, social media campaigns, and digital outreach.
  • Partner with Leaders: Work closely with business units to understand workforce needs and help build effective teams.
  • Learn and Grow: Gain exposure to broader HR functions including onboarding, engagement, and performance support.
