Gain City Digital Innovations PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Director / Assistant Director / Senior Manager, IT - Special Projects (Software Applications) to steer the company’s technology strategy and digital transformation.

You will lead the IT team, guide project delivery, and advance platforms that enhance client experiences and operational excellence. The role requires 10+ years in IT and data management, strong analytical skills, and superb communication.

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 10 years' experience in information technology and data management.
In-depth knowledge of data administration and management processes.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and forward-looking Director / Assistant Director / Senior Manager, IT - Special Projects (Software Applications) to lead Gain City's technology strategy and digital transformation efforts. In this role, you will oversee key IT and product-related initiatives, drive the adoption of new technologies, and ensure our systems remain efficient, secure, and aligned with business needs.

You will provide leadership to the IT team, guide the development and implementation of IT projects, and enhance our technological platforms to support operational excellence and an improved client experience. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on leader who thrives on innovation, continuous improvement, and driving impactful technology outcomes.
