Job summary

Sembcorp Industries Ltd invites an experienced HSSE Lead to oversee Singapore Mint's Health, Safety, Security & Environment programmes across manufacturing, warehousing, bullion storage, retail and facilities management. You will drive compliance with WSH and environmental regulations while leading teams and coordinating with external partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in HSSE, WSH, facilities management or risk/compliance roles.
• Experience implementing safety and regulatory programmes in complex operations.
• Experience with audits, investigations and contractor safety management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace Safety & Health programmes and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee Security, Environmental, Chemical & Hazardous Materials management.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Interface with contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders on safety programmes.
• Maintain HSSE records, permits and reports; support emergency preparedness.
