Job summary

DSV Road Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to implement and enforce HSE policies across data centre operations and logistics activities in Singapore.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, and foster a strong safety culture in high-risk environments such as server facilities, warehouses and transport operations. The role requires 2–3 years of safety coordination experience, MOM-recognised WSH certification, and strong knowledge of Singapore’s WSH Act.

Qualifications

• Certification as WSH Coordinator or MOM-recognised equivalent.
• 2–3 years of safety coordination experience in DCs/logistics.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH Act and MOM guidelines.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Monitor daily site activities for safe work practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents with root-cause analysis.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and briefings.
• Maintain risk assessments, SWP, MOS, site surveys, and incident reports.
• Liaise with management, subcontractors, and workers on safety matters.
• Identify hazards in heavy equipment, warehouses, and transport.
• Support audits by internal teams, customers, authorities.
• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement.
