Job summary

Thales Group in Singapore seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead the implementation and continual improvement of the Integrated HSE Management System in a manufacturing setting. You will develop policies, KPIs, and risk controls to foster a proactive Zero Harm culture while ensuring regulatory compliance across Singapore sites.

The role requires strong knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001, plus WSHO/FSM certifications and leadership in safety training, audits, and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• - 3–8 years in HSE within manufacturing.
• - Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• - WSHO and FSM certifications preferred.
• - Strong knowledge of Singapore HSE laws and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE management system implementation, maintenance, and audits.
• Develop, monitor KPIs, policies, and continuous improvement actions.
• Conduct risk assessments, SWP reviews, and safety audits.
• Investigate incidents and close corrective actions.
• Coordinate ISO 14001/50001 and ESG reporting activities.
• Plan HSE training, inductions, and campaigns.
