Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking an experienced HSE Logistics Executive to drive safety and compliance across operations in Singapore. You will implement and continuously improve HSE systems, align with MOM/NEA/SCDF requirements, and foster a strong safety culture among teams.

You will collaborate with business units to identify risks, conduct audits, and support training initiatives. A degree in a related field and extensive HSE experience are required; professional certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6-7 years of relevant experience in HSE or operational compliance.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager and/or Registered WSHO (MOM) is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of MOM, NEA, SCDF regulations and HSE practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Management Systems.
• Hands-on experience in HSE operations within a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out safety reviews across Business Units to ensure appropriate HSE practices.
• Identify gaps in compliance and drive corrective actions through to completion.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the HSE Management System.
• Support the upkeep of Workplace Safety and Health documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Evaluate method statements and risk assessments to ensure alignment with WSH legislation.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with legal and internal requirements.
• Work closely with Business Units to identify potential risks and recommend effective mitigation measures.
• Prepare documentation and reports for audits, client assessments, and emergency preparedness activities.
• Review existing operational workflows and recommend improvements to align with internal policies.
• Coordinate and propose relevant HSE training initiatives for employees.
• Support emergency drills and scenario-based exercises.
• Promote continuous improvement in safety performance and compliance practices.
