Job summary

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Singapore HSE regulations and trends.
• Experience with ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001 and GHS.
• Proven track record in safety management and leading teams.
• Ability to interpret complex mandatory regulations and their impact on operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industrial regulatory audits and implement HSE programs.
• Establish and maintain HSE procedures based on regulatory and Air Liquide requirements.
• Lead ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001 programs and annual safety plans.
• Lead accident investigations and root-cause analysis; organize HSE meetings.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and training; drive a safety culture.
