Job summary

Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg) seeks a proactive Workplace Safety & Health Officer to lead regulatory audits, implement HSE programs, and drive ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001 compliance across sites in Singapore.

You will develop and deliver training, investigate incidents, and coordinate emergency preparedness while strengthening a culture of safety and regulatory excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
• Comprehensive understanding of Singapore HSE regulations, concepts and trends.
• Experience in safety management and audits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Industrial regulatory audits.
• Implement and manage Company HSE programs.
• Establish company HSE procedures based on regulatory and Air Liquide requirements.
• Lead accident / incident investigations.
• Coordinate Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan drills and related activities.
• Organize and conduct company HSE Meetings.
