Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES is seeking an experienced HSEQ professional to develop and implement plans across operating sites in Singapore. You will maintain ISO 9001/14001/45001 and lead audits while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety and Health, Quality, Engineering or related discipline, and at least 3 years of manufacturing or chemical industry experience. Willingness to travel between sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety and Health, Quality, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or chemical industry.
• Hands-on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation and certification experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience managing internal/external audits and regulatory requirements.
• Willing to travel between operating sites; Singaporean only apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSEQ plans, policies and procedures across operating sites.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Lead internal and external audits, certification activities and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on licences, permits and operational approvals.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Establish and monitor quality KPIs, analyse trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide HSE training, communicate updates and promote a strong safety and quality culture.
• Work closely with management and operational teams to address quality, safety and compliance matters.
