Key Responsibilities Summary:
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Governance and Compliance (50%)
- Implement, maintain and continuously improve the Company's HSE management framework.
- Coordinate HSE programmes, policies, procedures, training and awareness initiatives.
- Drive workplace safety culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
HSE Risk Management, Emergency Preparedness & Business Continuity
- Conduct and coordinate risk assessments, safety inspections and HSE audits.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions arising from audits and incidents.
- Support incident investigations and follow-up measures.
- Coordinate emergency response plans, evacuation drills, crisis management exercises and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
Facilities & Asset Management & Administration Operations (50%)
- Manage assigned workplace facilities and company assets.
- Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, security, cleaning services and workplace improvement initiatives.
- Oversee asset lifecycle management and maintain accurate asset records.
- Manage external vendors and support office renovation, relocation and facility improvement projects.
- Manage administration and workplace services to ensure effective and reliable support operations.
- Support budgeting, procurement and vendor management activities.
- Prepare operational and HSE reports for management.
- Drive process improvements, cost optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience in HSE, facilities management, administration, corporate governance, or related functions.
- Must have exposure in running/implementing H&S initiatives.
- Familiar with workplace safety regulations, risk management, emergency preparedness, facilities operations, and vendor management.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Professional certifications such as WSH Officer, bizSAFE, or ISO 45001 Auditor will be an advantage.
