Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned HSE and Facilities Manager to lead governance, risk management, and operations across the Singapore office. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, regulatory knowledge, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency.

Based at Shenton Way, the position carries a 1-year contract with potential conversion to permanent based on performance, and a monthly salary in the SGD 6,000–6,500 range.

Qualifications

• Degree in OSH, Environmental Science, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, facilities management, or related functions.
• Familiar with safety regulations, risk management, emergency preparedness, and vendor management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Certifications such as WSH Officer, bizSAFE, or ISO 45001 Auditor are a plus.

Responsibilities

• HSE Governance and Compliance: implement and continuously improve the HSE framework.
• HSE Risk Management, Emergency Preparedness & Business Continuity: conduct risk assessments and audits.
• Facilities & Asset Management & Administration Operations: manage facilities, assets, vendors, and budgets.
