Job summary

Safran seeks an experienced HSE professional to drive safety, environmental, and health initiatives across our Singapore site. You will deploy the HSE policy, manage audits, and lead risk assessments while coordinating training and awareness for all staff.

You will also oversee facilities management, energy optimization, and emergency planning, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and Safran group guidelines.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma required with strong analytical skills.
• WSH Safety Officer certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years EHS experience with audit exposure.
• LEAN, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 knowledge advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage site HSE policy aligned with standards.
• Monitor HSE performance metrics and report to leadership.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
• Lead internal/external HSE audits and certifications.
• Coordinate training and awareness across staff.
• Oversee facilities maintenance and energy management.
• Coordinate emergency drills and incident investigations.
