Job summary

EGP Smart Energy Pte. Ltd. seeks a seasoned HSE Manager to lead the Group’s health, safety and environmental function. You will establish and enforce group-wide HSE standards, manage compliance across projects and maintenance, and fulfil regulatory and client requirements.

You will own ISO certifications, lead audits, and drive risk-based controls, reporting to senior management while ensuring timely corrective actions and safe project delivery across multiple sites in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Workplace Safety and Health, Engineering, Environmental Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years HSE experience with supervisory/managerial role, preferably in electrical engineering or power infrastructure.
• WSHO registration with MOM and sound knowledge of Singapore WSH requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce Group-wide HSE standards, manage safety compliance across projects and maintenance.
• Lead HSE governance, policies, audits and documentation across the Group.
• Manage regulatory inspections, client assessments and statutory submissions.
• Direct and hold accountable site Safety Officers and other HSE personnel for performance.
• Oversee ISO certification applications, maintenance, audits and renewals (ISO 45001/14001; 9001).
• Develop training programs and ensure competency verification and record-keeping.
