Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an experienced HSE & Facilities Specialist for our Singapore site. You will oversee day-to-day HSE activities, drive compliance across regulations and internal standards, and lead incident investigations to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
• WHSO license for Singapore is required.
• Experience supporting operations and field-based teams.
• Strong communication with ability to influence operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HSE support for site personnel and regional teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal HSE policies.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support audits, inspections, and performance reviews across sites.
• Own the facilities maintenance program, including preventive maintenance and vendor coordination.
