Job summary

You will mentor teams, analyze data, manage the HSE management system, and support incident investigations and risk assessments. A relevant degree and licenses are required, with hands-on experience in oil & gas or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in HSE-related field, science, or engineering.
• At least three years of experience in Oil &Gas or manufacturing.
• HSE Officer and Fire Safety Manager licenses required, with basic ionising radiation training.
• Knowledge of regulations and company policies related to HSE.
• Experience with MS Office and HSE management systems; data analytics and dashboards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute global HSE strategies, policies and processes.
• Assist with implementation and oversight of the integrated management system.
• Provide leadership and coaching to facilitate continuous HSE performance improvement.
• Serve as the HSE technical advisor to other functional and operational counterparts.
• Participate in hazard identification, risk management, incident investigations and trend analysis.
