Job summary

HAL COMPLETIONS MFG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced HSE professional to lead global strategies and ensure robust compliance across the organization. You will drive risk assessment, incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives while coaching cross-functional teams.

The role requires licenses, a degree in an HSE-related field, and 3+ years in oil & gas or manufacturing, with strong MS Office and HSE management system skills to accelerate safety performance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in an HSE-related field, Science, or Engineering; minimum three years in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing.
• Must have Workplace Safety & Health Officer and Fire Safety Manager Licenses and basic Ionising Radiation training; knowledge of regulations.
• Experience in managing hazardous waste and lifting safety is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and in managing HSE Management System platform with data analytics and dashboards for decision making.
• Ability to work independently, strong interpersonal skills, high integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of the of global HSE strategies, policies, procedures and processes.


• Assist with the implementation and oversight of the integrated management system to lead the company into an interdependent culture


• Interface with functional personnel at several levels, providing leadership and coaching to facilitate continuous HSE performance improvement. Serve as the HSE technical advisor to other functional and operational counterparts.


• Participate in HSE development plan and implementation, proposal review, hazard identification and risk management, incident investigation and causal analysis, report review, trend analysis and performance assessments.


• Must be able to research and interpret standards, codes and regulations, maintain and update site-specific compliance programs and conduct audits against the requirements.

Requirements:

• Requires an Undergraduate Degree in an HSE-related field, Science, or Engineering and minimum three years of experience in Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing.
