Job summary

SANLI E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a Safety, Health & Environment professional to support the WSH program in our Singapore site.

You will assist the WSH officer, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive effective incident investigations and corrective actions to enhance workplace safety. The role includes coordinating safety orientations, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and the development of Safe Work Procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HSE or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist WSH officer in managing Workplace Safety, Health & Environmental duties.
• Ensure workplace compliance with WSH regulations.
• Conduct incident investigations and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate and maintain records of site safety orientation, daily toolbox meetings.
• Conduct and review Risk Assessments.
• Prepare Safe Work Procedures related to Risk Assessments.
• Conduct site safety inspections, assessments.
• Coordinate emergency response including scheduling, training and updating written programs.

Requirements

• Possess Diploma in HSE or in any related field

Salary: SGD 3600-4300 (Commensurate with experience)
