Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting seeks an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end HRTech project delivery, including governance, client relationships, financials, and team performance. You will lead cross-functional teams, coach junior members, and ensure delivery against scope, schedule and quality while maintaining audit-ready documentation and RA PMO standards.

The role requires 7–10 years of HRTech project management, a Bachelor's degree, and certifications (PMP/PRINCE2).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner required.
• 7–10 years of project management experience in HRTech implementations.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale software implementations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Certifications: Product recommended Project Management Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HRTech project delivery from init to closure.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, budget, and quality.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations.
• Maintain governance, audit-ready documentation.
