Job summary

WSAudiology in Singapore seeks an HRIS-focused professional to join our HR Excellence team. You will support Workday and HR service delivery, collaborating with HR, IT and vendors to ensure data quality, governance and continuous improvement.

You bring 3+ years of cloud-based HRIS experience, a degree in IT/IS/Business, and a strong foundation in HR processes, data quality, and security concepts. Excellent collaboration and service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with global cloud-based HRIS solutions and initial interest in Workday HCM
• Understanding of HR processes and HRIS configuration, reporting, security concepts
• Strong data literacy with data models, data strategy, reporting and governance principles
• Service-minded with good communication and collaboration with HR, IT, stakeholders and vendors
• Continuous improvement mindset with focus on automation, standardization and user experience

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation, availability, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and integration maintenance of Workday and HR Service Delivery solutions
• Provide first and second line HRIS support, resolve issues with HR, IT and vendors, escalate incidents as needed
• Assist with Workday configuration, testing, release management and documentation
• Maintain HRIS workbooks, design documents, configuration catalogues, and audit-ready docs
• Support data quality, reporting, dashboards, validation controls, and HR master data standards
• Own and support HRIS governance, reporting compliance, access controls and continuous data improvement initiatives

Join our HR Excellence team and help shape the employee experience through efficient and people-focused HR operations. In this role, you will support Workday and HR service delivery processes, partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive data quality, governance, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

What you will do

• Support the daily operation, availability, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and integration maintenance of Workday and HR Service Delivery solutions

• Provide first and second line HRIS support, resolve system issues with HR, IT and vendors, and **escalate incidents when required**

• Assist with Workday configuration, testing, release management, documentation, deployment activities, and maintenance of service management elements including templates, routing rules and SLAs

• Maintain HRIS workbooks, design documents, configuration catalogues, and audit-ready documentation to support governance and knowledge continuity

• Support data quality, reporting, dashboards, validation controls, and adherence to HR master data standards across Workday

• Own and support HRIS governance, reporting compliance, access controls, audit readiness, and continuous data improvement initiatives.

What you bring

Experience

• 3+ years of experience working with global cloud-based HRIS solutions together with initial experience or strong interest in Workday HCM and HR technology

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, Service Management or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous

• Understanding of HR processes and experience with HRIS configuration, reporting, security concepts, and HR Service Management capabilities

• Strong data literacy with knowledge of data models, data strategy, reporting, data quality controls, and governance principles

• Service-minded approach with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, senior HRIS stakeholders, and external vendors

• Continuous improvement mindset with integrity, attention to detail, accountability, and a focus on automation, standardization, and user experience.
