A global nutrition company is seeking an HR Business Partner for their Oceania and Southeast Asia teams, based in Singapore. This role covers strategic and operational HR responsibilities, advocating for a high-performance culture and supporting talent management. Ideal candidates should have extensive HR experience in fast-paced environments, demonstrated coaching capabilities, and strong business acumen. The position offers hybrid working arrangements and a competitive compensation package.

With a primary focus on our teams in Oceania and Southeast Asia (SEA) (with employees based in Melbourne, Singapore, Malayasia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia & Philippines), the appointee will act as a member of the Oceania & SEA Leadership Team and partner with the leadership team across all aspects of the people agenda.
With our growth aspirations in the market comes the opportunity for the appointee to grow their role over time to a broader level of HR support and leadership. This is an end-to-end HR role which requires the flexibility to drive the strategic agenda as well as the operational agenda.
