Job summary

KARL STORZ is seeking a Manager - HR Projects (PMO), Strategy and People Analytics to drive regional HR priorities for Asia MEA. You will partner with Global HR, HRBPs and CoE to accelerate transformation, deliver dashboards, analytics and executive communications.

This role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement and data storytelling capabilities. The position is based in Singapore with a focus on Asia MEA strategy, governance and regional execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, IT, AI or related field.
• 3–5+ years in HR Consulting, Workforce Analytics, Business Operations, HR Strategy or PMO.
• Strong with tools, applications and systems.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency with collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR meetings, governance forums and regional HR initiatives.
• Prepare Town Hall presentations, talking points, and leadership communications.
• Lead HR projects and transformation initiatives including surveys and culture programs.
• Develop and monitor governance structures, dashboards and executive reports.
• Consolidate regional inputs for global initiatives and reporting requirements.
