LGBT Great is seeking an experienced HR Sr. Associate/Lead (Manager) for its Singapore office. This senior position is responsible for driving operational excellence and leading a team across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will possess significant People Operations experience, a strong technical background in HR systems, and the ability to lead transformation initiatives.
Reporting to both the APAC HR Business Partner and Global Head of People Operations, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing HR service delivery and ensuring compliance across all processes.
HR Sr. Associate/ Lead(Manager) - Singapore
This is a senior, blended “playercoach” role responsible for driving operational excellence, transformation, and scalable HR service delivery across the APAC region, while directly leading and developing a team of HR associates.
The role combines handson ownership of endtoend employee lifecycle execution with regional leadership accountability for service quality, technology enablement, and continuous improvement. It sits at the intersection of People Operations, HR Business Partner enablement, and transformation, with scope spanning core delivery, complex programs, and crossfunctional change.
Reporting jointly into the APAC HR Business Partner SVP and Global Head of People Operations, this leader operates comfortably at both strategic and tactical levels setting direction, managing performance through KPIs and success metrics, and rolling up sleeves to deliver results.
