Candidates should have a solid understanding of middle/back-office processes across the trade lifecycle, including execution, funding, confirmation, and settlement. Exposure to APAC markets (e.g., China, India, Korea, Taiwan) is beneficial but not required. Project experience is not mandatory; however, candidates should be comfortable working in a project-driven environment and demonstrate the ability to understand business needs, assess operational impact, and coordinate delivery in collaboration with multiple teams.
