Sonova, a leading hearing care company, seeks an HR Service Specialist for HR Share Services at our Singapore hub. You will own end-to-end employee lifecycle administration across departments, delivering accurate and timely HR support.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR administration experience in international settings, strong MS Office and HR systems knowledge (SuccessFactors, SAP, SNOW). English required; Japanese/Korean a plus.

As aHR Service Specialist, you`ll be a key member of the newly forming HR Services team in our regional Headquarters.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience for employees across all departments and levels.
You will act as the go-to partner for accurate, timely, and service-oriented administrative support for employees and line managers on a day-to-day basis on all HR matters.
Working closely with HR Business Partners and HR Managers, you will help deliver consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR services, contributing to a positive employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding.
