Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to manage end‑to‑end payroll, attendance, leave, and staff records.

You will support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and handle work passes, while ensuring compliance with MOM, CPF, and IRAS regulations. The role also involves staff events and general admin. Working hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with AWS, performance bonus and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate employee records.
• Familiar with Singapore MOM, CPF, and IRAS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll, attendance, overtime, leave, and final salary payments.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and related administration.
• Manage probation confirmations, resignations, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee training and government grant/claim submissions.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, and IRAS regulations.
• Organize staff events and provide general HR and administrative support.
• Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
