Job summary

LVMH Beauty - LVMH Fragrances and Cosmetics in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to support mobility, onboarding and HRIS data management. You will coordinate employee transfers, manage accounts and benefits enrolment, and assist with documentation for payroll and compliance.

You will also help develop onboarding materials, engage employees and handle standard HR tasks with accuracy. A detail‑oriented self-starter who communicates well with HRBPs and vendors will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Internship or work experience in HR operations, mobility, onboarding or general HR support advised.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee documentation and work passes.
• Meticulous with ownership and accuracy in HRIS data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with employees, HRBPs and vendors.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; proactive and team‑oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or other HR systems advantageous.
• Able to handle confidential information discretely.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Mobility: manage transfers, coordinate with vendors, arrange accommodation, and visa/work permit processes.
• Onboarding: prepare appointment letters, set up accounts, manage benefits enrolment and payroll prep.
• HRIS Data Management: update employee records, ensure data accuracy, support reports.
• Employee Engagement: plan events, surveys to measure morale.
• General HR Support: advise on policies and benefits; stay updated on HR changes; assist ad hoc projects.
