Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to support day-to-day HR operations at a well-known MNC in the manufacturing sector, located in Jurong East (walkable from MRT).

The role involves payroll processing and handling onboarding, contracts, and offboarding. You will manage Work Pass applications, liaise with MOM, and coordinate employee medical checks, insurance, and training programmes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
• Short notice preferred

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records.
• Prepare onboarding, confirmation, contract renewal, and offboarding documentation.
• Process monthly payroll, including overtime, allowances, and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
• Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with MOM.
• Coordinate employee medical check-ups, insurance, and training programmes.
