The National Institute of Education (NIE), Singapore, invites applications for the position of Manager in the Human Resource Department. The role covers a spectrum of HR functions for NIE faculty and MOE officers seconded to NIE, including recruitment, contracts, promotions, compensation, performance management and policy reviews.

Formación

• University degree in HR Management.
• 6–8 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Numerical/data fluency and comfort with reports.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HR functions for NIE faculty and MOE officers seconded to NIE (recruitment, contracts, promotions, compensation, performance, development).
• Manage START Scheme and NIE Overseas Graduate Scholarships (OGS).
• Support succession planning for Academic & Research Leadership Appointments.
• Contribute to HR initiatives and projects and organize HR events.
• Review HR policies, schemes and processes.
• Leverage data analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve processes and decision-making.
