Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd seeks a senior HR leader to head the People & Culture function in Singapore, reporting to the Deputy CEO. You will oversee HR operations, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee relations, and HR analytics.

This role drives HR strategies, workforce planning, employer branding and compliance, while leading HR transformation and digitalisation within a healthcare/service context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of HR and payroll experience with team leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing full HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Employee Relations.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the People & Culture team and full spectrum of HR functions.
• Advise the Deputy CEO and team on HR and people-related matters.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and workforce plans aligned with organisational requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
• Manage workforce planning, talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives.
• Lead performance management processes and performance review cycles.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning and staff development initiatives.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee compensation and benefits structures and HR operations.
• Manage HR reporting, HR systems and HR data analytics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, frameworks and procedures.
• Maintain HR governance and risk management processes.
• Lead HR transformation, process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
• Oversee HRIS enhancements and other HR-related projects.
• Support strategic and cross-functional projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification or MBA will be an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of HR and Payroll experience with team leaderresponsibilities.
• Experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Employee Relations.
• Experience in healthcare or service sectors will be an advantage.
• Experience with Infotech HRIS and HR analytics tools.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
