Job summary

Centrum Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in Air & Sea Freight Forwarding to join our Singapore team. You will manage the full spectrum of HR activities, lead recruitment across departments, and develop HR policies aligned with Singapore regulations.

The role requires 3+ years in HR within logistics, excellent stakeholder management, and hands-on payroll coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in freight/logistics sectors.
• Strong understanding of Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
• Experience supporting operational and commercial teams within a freight forwarding environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Russian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR activities for the Singapore office.
• Lead recruitment for freight forwarding, operations, sales, commercial, and corporate positions.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with Singapore regulations.
• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, performance reviews, leave, benefits, and employee relations.
• Support management in manpower planning and organisational development.
• Coordinate payroll-related HR matters and maintain accurate employee records.
• Build a strong company culture and support the development of an international workforce.
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with the Air & Sea Freight Forwarding business.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work independently and establish effective HR processes
