Job summary

Dulwich College (Singapore) is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function. You will partner with school leaders to attract, develop, and retain exceptional staff while delivering an outstanding employee experience in Singapore.

You will provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management and compliance with Singapore employment law, while driving HR initiatives across recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Dulwich College (Singapore) is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, developing and retaining exceptional people while delivering an outstanding employee experience across the College.

As a trusted HR partner, you will work closely with leaders across the organisation, providing expert advice and leading initiatives across recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance, learning and development, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and safeguarding. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic projects with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development and succession planning.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Manage compensation, benefits and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices aligned with Singapore employment legislation.

About You

You are an experienced HR professional who:

• Has strong generalist HR experience, ideally within education, international schools or complex multinational organisations.
• Demonstrates excellent knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Has proven experience managing employee relations matters and advising stakeholders.
• Builds strong relationships and communicates confidently at all levels.
