You will support the development of polytechnic structured internship programmes, assist with sourcing, recruitment, selection, and offer management, and help design scalable campus engagement strategies.

This internship offers exposure to digitisation and automation projects for candidate tracking, opportunities to work with cross-functional teams, and a chance to learn

Responsibilities

• Support the development of polytechnic structured internship programmes and provide operational support.
• End-to-end polytechnic internship management: assist with sourcing, recruitment, selection, and offer management.
• Campus engagement: help design and execute scalable engagement strategies for current and future interns.
• Support campus outreach events, build alumni networks, and explore collaboration with other business units.
• Contribute to digitisation and automation for candidate tracking and management, market research, and intelligence capabilities.
• Ad-hoc tasks: provide support on other projects and tasks as assigned.
