Job summary

Additionally, you will support campus outreach events, build alumni networks, and contribute to digitisation and market intelligence initiatives for future interns.

• Ability to support end-to-end internship operations.

Responsibilities

• Internship Programme Management: support the development of structured internship programmes and provide operational and executional support when required.
• End-to-end internship management: assist with sourcing, recruitment, selection, and offer management.
• Campus Engagement: help design and execute scalable and sustainable engagement strategies for current and future interns.
• Support campus outreach events, build alumni networks, and explore collaboration with other business units.
• Projects: contribute to digitisation and automation for candidate tracking and management, market research, and intelligence capabilities.
• Ad-hoc tasks: provide support on other projects and tasks as assigned.
