Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years HR experience in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
• Working knowledge of Workday preferred.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills.
• Strong team player with ownership and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist support across Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding, Performance Management and Employee Engagement.
• Support salary benchmarking, compensation administration and benefits processes.
• Coordinate HRIS data and payroll-related activities with Finance.
• Ensure compliant HR practices and maintain FP personnel records.
