Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Executive (Manufacturing MNC) in Senoko (Near Woodlands / Admiralty MRT) to support end-to-end HR activities. The role offers a fixed 1-year contract with a salary up to SGD 4,000 per month.

This position involves recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee record management. The successful candidate will coordinate new hire documentation, assist with payroll and benefits, and help run HR programs and staff events.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Coordinate new hire documentation, medical examinations, orientation programmes and work pass applications where applicable.
• Assist with payroll administration, including preparing payroll inputs and verifying details with outsourced payroll vendors.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave and claims through various HR systems.
• Coordinate training programmes, training grants and liaise with external training vendors.
• Organise employee engagement activities, staff events and quarterly meetings.
• Handle employee offboarding, resignation documentation and exit procedures.
• Support benefits administration, HR invoices and other day-to-day HR activities.
• Coordinate with vendors providing employee services and workplace facilities.
